Learn Quran Online with Tajweed

At the time of revelation, Tajweed rules were applied to the Quran. We can also say that when the angel Jibreel(AS) recited the words of Allah to the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) he recited them in a certain way and he showed Muhammad(ﷺ) the right ways in which it was permissible to recite the Quran. In other words, Tajweed is present from the first day of the Quran revelation. Now, it is upon us to observe those rules so that we recite it in the way it was revealed. If you want to be proficient in the Quran recitation then you can learn Quran online with Tajweed through our classes.

What is Tajweed?

Linguistically, this word means ‘proficiency’ or ‘doing something well. Tajweed is applied when we recite the Quran and observe the rules that apply to those letters in different situations. By observing the essential characteristics of each letter, you give the letters their rights that never leave it when you learn Quran with Tajweed.

Why do we need to learn Tajweed?

There was no need to study Tajweed for people at the time of the Prophet (ﷺ) because they talked with what is now known as Tajweed. Mistakes in Quran recitation started appearing when the Arabs started mixing with the non-Arabs as Islam spread, so the scholars had to record the rules. From the Classical Arabic with which the Quran was revealed, the everyday Arabic that Arabs speak has changed so much, now even Arabs have to study Tajweed. That’s why those people who want to learn Quran online, have to learn the Tajweed rules first.

The purpose of Tajweed:

Every syllable of the Quran is the word of Allah. Its recitation must be taken very seriously. So, when you learn Quranic Arabic online with us, you can recite the Quran upon the way of the Prophet(ﷺ). Thus, the reader will follow our Prophet(ﷺ)as he received it from Jibreel who received it from Allah (SWT) in the Classical Arabic dialect that it came down in. An important part of Tajweed is knowing the Makhraj and Sifaat of each letter, which will be taught when you learn Quran with Tajweed. Having very similar exits, sometimes, two letters that make mixing them up easy. Hence, a person will change the meaning of the words in the Quran recitation if he does not know the attributes of each letter. Therefore, when you learn to read Quran online, you will observe the rules of Tajweed in recitation that will protect you from making mistakes in reciting the Quran.

Learning Tajweed is an obligation:

Whoever doesn’t apply Tajweed to the Quran, then a sinner is he as applying Tajweed is an issue of extreme necessity.
So, it was thought of as an obligation and regarded leaving it as a sin. That’s why we focus on it when students learn Quran recitation with us.

Why learn Tajweed with us?

According to scholars, the right to reciting correctly is reciting it the way it was revealed. Showing us the importance of Tajweed, there are various Ahadeeth also. Knowing all these ahadeeth we emphasize more on Tajweed rules while you learn Quran online.

A prolific scholar in the field of the Qira’at of the Quran said: Whoever is able to read the words of Allah with correct Arabic pronunciation but he deliberately pronounces it inaccurately like a non-Arab, out of arrogance, stubbornness and complacency, or because he is too proud to go to a scholar who could help him to correct his pronunciation, is unquestionably falling short and sinning and being dishonest. This is the reason many Muslims learn Quranic Arabic online from our Quran classes.

It is prohibited for anyone to deliberately change any letter of it when he is able to pronounce it correctly. This is a kind of mistake that is a sin. Some Muslims find it difficult to pronounce the letters correctly – such as Muslims in whose language some of the Arabic letters, such as ظ, ذ and خ have no existence – they have to try to learn the correct pronunciation through learning Quran for beginners. They are excused if they are unable to master it. Perhaps, they should not lead the prayer, unless he is leading others like him who cannot pronounce well either. Hence, our tutors are qualified in Tajweed rules. So, when you learn Quran recitation with us, we focus more on these Tajweed rules.

Mistakes in Tajweed:

When reciting the Quran, the mistakes one might fall into are divided into two types:

1. Clear mistakes and

2. Unobvious (hidden) mistakes.

To avoid clear mistakes, one must know the rules of Tajweed. It is considered a sin to commit clear mistakes and to pray behind a person who makes clear mistakes in their Salaah is regarded as unpleasant by Ibn Taymiyyah for someone who knows Tajweed. That’s why it is recommended to learn it from a young age. If you want your child to recite the Quran as it is required then he/she must learn Quran online for kids.

A person with unobvious mistakes is regarded as lacking in completeness and prayer behind such a person is sound. Our Qualified tutors make sure their students learn from reading Quran learning and avoid even unobvious mistakes.
Reciting the Quran melodiously:

As Allah had instructed Hazarat Muhammad(ﷺ), he used to recite the Quran in slow, measured, measured tones, not hurriedly, but rather “he would recite a surah in such slow measured and longer tones than it would seem possible”. Muhammad(ﷺ) would stop at the end of each Aayat and commanded people to recite in a beautiful voice in a pleasant melodious tone. Thus, it is now our responsibility to teach the Quran according to it. Our students learn to read Quran online with a focus on Tajweed rules.

Mostly, we find people reciting the Quran quickly and without changing their tone and without any feeling. Our tutors follow these recitation rules and make sure their students learning Quran for beginners also follow them.

There are Ayaat to make us think, reflect, cry, fear, hope, love, fall down in prostration. Moreover, when we recite Ayaat of the Quran we should imagine that we are trying to feel and convey the full message behind that Ayat. Perhaps some of us don’t feel confident. That’s why we work hard for those who want to learn Quran online for kids, as they must learn from an early age. These kids only lack confidence because they don’t know the rules of Tajweed correctly. Before starting reading Quran learning, some students fear that they will make mistakes and do not understand the meaning of what they are reciting. Students should work hard to remove these two obstacles by learning Tajweed and working towards learning Arabic from the Best Quran Teaching.
