The Quran reminds us, over and again, about the existence of evil. It is everywhere around us, working hard to push us beyond the limits set by Allah (SWT). Not only this, but there is also another factor of evil that we must remember. Duas

It is not a product of superstition nor based on impractical assumptions. In fact, the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said:
“The evil eye is real, and if anything were to overtake the divine decree (Al-Qadar), it would be the evil eye.” (Muslim 2188)
In Arabic, the word “al-ayn” is used for the evil eye. It refers to the way a person causes harm, consciously, or unconsciously, through his/her vision. Typically, it starts with a person appreciating your blessings but then turns into the feeling of hatred and envy. Later, it causes harm to the possessor.
However, you must remember that not every individual who likes your blessings is jealous. It is only those who harbor negative feelings about you who bring such an impact.
Thankfully, Our Lord (SWT) has gifted us with some extraordinary gifts to shield ourselves from evil. Be it the devil or the evil eye; you can protect yourself by reciting some verses and following particular conduct. Here are a bunch of steps you can take to secure yourself:
Recite Morning and Evening Supplications
Nowadays, there is no trouble gaining access to the morning and evening duas. Technology is the magnum opus of this century. It has made things relatively easy. All it takes is a few clicks on the digital marketplace, and you can have supplication gems on your phone, for free!
Our Beloved Prophet, Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), advised that if you recite these duas twice every day, they will protect you from all open and hidden evil. Its recitation takes less than ten minutes, but the effect lasts for a long time.
- Recite the morning duas after Fajr. Or if you miss, you can recite whenever you remember. Ideally, it would be best if you were done with the recitation before leaving your house.

Any person who has a strong bond with the Book of Allah (SWT) can never lose against evil. If the intentions are sincere and efforts are consistent, your Lord (SWT) will never fail to protect you. He understands the pains you take for His Word. He loves this servant and grants him/her from His treasures.
Tying a connection with the Quran requires persistence and genuine desire. You must figure out a way to devote some hours to the Book every day. It carries a special Barakah that pushes away the evil that endeavors to harm you.

It tells how they rely on Allah (SWT) to cure all suffering.
Ibn Al-Qayyim said:
“Ruqyah is one of the greatest remedies that the believer should use regularly.”
